We thought the price was pretty cheap before the owner through in a motorbike with a surfboard rack to sweeten the deal ( a must have when staying in kuta lombok) it's a little out of the main town but is centrally located between surf breaks and beaches the rooms get a little hot in the. We stayed 4 nights.
